In addition to these, an entire area was dedicated to multifunction blast chillers/freezers, Samaref's most versatile and technologically advanced solutions, designed to ensure maximum flexibility, high performance and total process control.

New for 2025: Talent HD and PASTA
The launch of these two significant new products, which represent an evolution in the Samaref range, attracted considerable attention:
Talent HD is a new, heavy-duty, modular, multifunction cell designed to provide power, operational continuity and maximum flexibility.
With its modular design comprising one to four modules in line, the Talent HD enables the management of automatic, temperature-controlled cycles, offering a scalable solution for production laboratories, patisseries, and professional kitchens.
PASTA is a new professional refrigerated cabinet with a recipe book dedicated to storing fresh pasta. Equipped with a 5" touchscreen display and preset, customisable recipes, PASTA automatically regulates the temperature and humidity to ensure optimal storage conditions for all types of pasta. Available with glass or steel doors, it combines technology, hygiene and design perfectly.
These new products complement Samaref's comprehensive range of cabinets, refrigerated tables, and professional blast chillers, establishing the company as a leader in the field of professional refrigeration.
Live demonstrations and outstanding collaborations!
To make the Samaref experience even more exciting, we organised live demonstrations with Lesepideo and the renowned pastry chef, Tommaso Foglia. These demonstrations attracted a large audience of professionals and enthusiasts alike.
