The 46th edition of Sigep ended with an exceptional success! From 18 to 22 January 2025, our stand in Hall D3 - Stand 153 was a focal point for industry professionals, attracting visitors from all over the world.

Three themes, one vision.
Samaref presented its innovative solutions in three thematic areas, each designed to meet the specific needs of ice cream makers, pastry chefs and bakers:

Ice Cream: the ice cream revolution
The Gelato range has captured the attention of ice cream makers and visitors alike, thanks to its fully extendable drawers that allow easy access to all flavours from top to bottom of the bowl, and a significantly reduced door opening, even when picking up the second row of bowls. With a 30% increase in storage capacity, the innovative Gelato XL makes laboratory management even more practical and efficient. 

Pastry & Bakery: Technology at the service of the art of confectionery
Dedicated pastry and bakery solutions such as Evolution and Elite have shown how precision and control can improve product quality and preservation.

- Evolution: The dedicated proving cabinet allows total control of time, humidity and temperature to maximise production, even at night.

- Elite: the all-in-one food preservation machine, available in two temperature ranges (-25°C +10°C or -5°C +30°C) for maximum flexibility in preserving fresh or frozen pastries, parfaits and much more. With Elite, you have just one machine but many advantages, and you can optimise your laboratory space according to the season and your production needs thanks to the switch between positive and negative preservation..

 

Multifunction: unprecedented flexibility
With a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the Talent multifunction blast chiller stood out for its versatility thanks to its industry-specific recipe books. Visitors were able to discover advanced applications such as vacuum cooking, pasteurisation and automatically sequenced cycles. The range with the new R290 gas engines was presented in different versions, including roll-in and the new 24-tray version with exceptional power and performance.

 

Samaref technologies are synonymous with design, reliability and impeccable preservation. Each product is designed to guarantee optimal temperature and humidity control, preserving the quality and freshness of the food and maintaining its organoleptic characteristics.

 

Our stand at Sigep 2025 didn't go unnoticed: a veritable monolith, a fortress of innovation that caught everyone's eye. Inside, food specialists from the Samaref Academy shared practical tips and demonstrated how our solutions can transform everyday work in pastry, ice cream and bread-making workshops.
